When one thinks Holistic, Real Estate is probably not something that comes to mind. Deniz Kilic, a Holistic Real Estate Agent and Astrologer in Delay Beach, Florida, is here to change that. Kilic has always had a Holistic mindset in everything that she does. Driven by helping others achieve authenticity and genuine happiness, she uses her insight as an Astrologer and hospitality experience to establish deep, lasting connections with her clients.

 

In 2008, Kilic graduated from St. John’s University in Queens, New York, and went into the TV and Hospitality industry. She managed several hotels and properties in Montauk, New York, and then South Florida when she moved in 2016. Finding a passion for properties, Kilic went into Real Estate and even sits on the Florida Board of Realtors. After her move to Florida, she also found a passion for Astrology. Through her studies in Astrology, she became in tune with her energy and the energy of others. She knew then that she wanted to incorporate it into her work as a Real Estate agent and how she connects with her clients.

 

Traditionally, buying or selling a home can be stressful and can take a toll on a buyer or seller physically, mentally, and emotionally. By taking a Holistic approach, Kilic is able to recognize and guide through the interconnected aspects of a person or situation by taking the well-being of the whole person into account while building meaningful relationships.

 

Kilic intuitively coaches her clients based on each unique situation and encourages them to focus on their mind, body, and soul health. She uplifts and gently coaxes them to trust their own intuition when making important decisions in the home buying or selling process. It is her firm belief that in doing so, clients will recognize what is for them and confidently be able to walk away from what never was.

 

As an expert negotiator, Kilic wants her clients to know that the home buying/selling process can and will always be a win-win situation no matter the outcome with her on the front lines. She is committed to her client’s happiness and overall well-being, and strives to evolve through constant learning and improvement, so that may never change.
